It’s cold here in Chicago and late fall/winter isn’t my favorite. I’m spending a lot of time indoors and I’ve been diffusing lots of different essential oil blends, but this one is my favorite so far. It has really helped me stay motivated and creative as I have a lot planned for my business this winter. I’ve diffused frankincense and sweet orange in the past and I love those two oils together, but the addition of cinnamon leaf really makes this an exceptional blend for winter.
This blend is warming, sweet, and woodsy and will definitely help you beat the winter blues. Add this blend to your diffuser to help inspire creativity, increase motivation, uplift your mood, decrease anxiety, fight seasonal depression, and soothe the spirit. Let me know if you’ve tried this blend and how you liked it in the comments below.
